EMIRATES HOUSING DEVELOPMENT

The Emirates Housing Development at Jebel Hafeet is preliminarily planned as residential villas which will have a
maximum GFA of 372 sm per unit. The Project also includes Local Retail, Women’s Center, Clinic, Juma Mosques,
Local Mosques, boys & Girls School & Kindergartens totaling 1,155,400 sm with villa GFA.
The Proposed Public Facilities are based on the expected needs of the residents of the Jebel Hafeet community; the
buildings will affect the social and wellbeing of the residents. The buildings except the Mosques are located in the district center northwest & southwest
